premise setting

A long time ago, there were many worlds, sealed away from each other. But, due to dark powers, monsters started to seep though the small cracks in the worlds - and started to destroy. Many worlds have already fallen - different versions of those worlds survive.

But some people from these destroyed worlds survive. A group of Lalafell who survived the end of their world went to a world between worlds, and made a save haven... to find more survivors, and try and stop these monsters. That's where your character comes in. Your world has been clouded by darkness - or light.

To bring it back, you must restore balance between all worlds.

WORLDS:

Each world takes half a day to travel to or from. The main ship doesn't move around often.

Outrovia
Outrovia is simply a spaceship - even though, inside, it is covered in plant life. There is more then one story, but newly rescued people are only allowed to be on the middle deck.

The observation deck has a magic barrier, used as a window.

The kitchen has a lot of stuff to make food from all worlds. Is restocked weekly by Mipapa.
Each bedroom has four bunk beds, along with dressers.

WORLDS - ORIGINAL

Highvale, 20XX: Lightlock is part of an Earth-like planet - an American town, where there are super-powered humans fighting for good and/or evil. Evil, in this case, are the monsters.
  • When characters arrive, they are stripped of their own powers and given new super powers. Giving them replacements powers for their old ones are fine - but they can also get new ones!

Kitsheal, 7XX: This medieval town, with mages and monsters, is one where supernatural beings live. When somebody from Outrovia arrives, they turn to one of these supernatural beings. There is a whole industry dedicated to stopping monsters - seeing them as vile. However, this applies to both monsters and Outrovians.
  • Such as Mer-people, demons, and the such. Go nuts!
  • Other then a town, there is also a forest and mountain to visit, full of monsters.
--
???: This odd world is post-apocalyptic, and oddly serene. Alongside sweeping planes, coated in fog, there are remains of a super-advanced city. No people seem to live there. The Lalafell of the ship do not allow people to go here.
  • It will be visitable some day.

WORLDS - FANDOM

The World of Pokemon, Sinnoh (Pokemon Series): Do you want to become a Pokemon Master? Then come to Sinnoh! There are not many monster attacks here - but when they happen, they're quite violent.
  • Pokemon List by area - Google Docs.
  • When you arrive, you will be supplied with a weak Pokemon - which has to be one of the playable Pokemon from the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series.
  • People who arrive can be turned to Pokemon, if you desire - if they are, they can become any non-legendary first stage Pokemon.
  • You don't need to choose the same each time - a character can become a Pokemon some times, a trainer another.
  • Travel times - the whole region can be gotten to in a week. Pokemon get more powerful the more powerful your own Pokemon are.
  • Current Champ - Cynthia. If you wish to challenge the champ, send me a PM and we can work things out.
  • It takes up to four months to fully train a Pokemon from newly-caught to max.
Dream Ivalice (Final Fantasy Tactics Advance): A world created by the dreams of children, where anybody can become a hero and be respected. They seem to be holding back the monsters from other worlds rather well.
  • When you arrive, you can either keep your appearance, or look like an Ivalice race. It does not need to be one from Tactics Advance - be an Aegyl or something.
  • You can also use job abilities from any job. At a later point, abilties will be accessible from TA2 and the original Tactics.
  • Like in canon, it takes a day to go from area to area.
  • If your character wishes to spend more then a month in this world, send me a PM for story-related stuff.
Japanifornia (Crossover world between Ace Attorney, Trauma Center, and the Ouendan series): What seems like a normal town from a world where Japan and America became closer. But wackiness is normal in this world - and there have been no big monster outbreaks yet. So why do the Lalafell let people there? It's a world they enjoy.
  • This world is mostly for the use of doctors for injuries, or lawyers for... IC crimes. ...Or cheerleaders.

What's this about monsters?
When the gaps between worlds broke, some bad things from many worlds have come though. See here for details.

Hey, I've got a character with a Keyblade - can they beat up on monsters?
If you are playing somebody with a keyblade, you must contact me beforehand. For plot stuff.

What happens when characters die?
As mentioned on the monster page, if you are killed by a monster, you get a special mark. However, if you're killed by another player or something not labelled as a monster, your character will simply get a scar where their mark is.

My character is sickly! And can't fight! What can they do?
The Lalafell of Outrovia have struck up a deal with Caduceus of Japanfornia. They can either cure their character there, or at least allow them to fight.

...Of course, this may have side-effects.

Can my character bring a Pokemon back from Sinnoh?
Not yet. If they try, the Pokemon will be 'frozen' in their PC box.

My character has pets/familiars/horrific godthings which always follows them! Can they come with them?
Of course! Beastmasters are loved on this ship. Just make a note of it in their character info.
Characters who have these sort of things can bring their companions with them to any world.
